Arrangements for the Head of the River 2013
Friday 8th March
The 1st& 2nd VIII, 1st & 2nd IV and 1st – 3rd Year 10 VIII’s will leave School at 1pm for a training session at SIRC, Penrith.
At 5.30pm the 1st – 3rd Year 10 VIII’s will be transported back to the Boatshed for an approximate 6.30pm pick up.
At 6.00pm the 1st& 2nd VIII and 1st & 2nd IV will be transported to Penrith Panthers where they will stay overnight, returning to SIRC early on Saturday morning.
Saturday 9th March
A bus will be provided to transport the 1st – 3rd Year 10 VIII’s from the Boatshed to SIRC on Saturday morning leaving the Boatshed at 6.30am.
The 1st & 2nd VIII and 1st & 2nd IV will be transported from Panthers to SIRC at 7.15am Saturday morning.
At the conclusion of the regatta the 1st – 3rd Year 10 VIII’s will leave SIRC at 12.30pm for the Boatshed for a 3pm pick up time. The 1st & 2nd VIII and 1st & 2nd IV will leave SIRC at 1.30pm for the Boatshed for a 4.15pm pick up time.
The Head of the River Annual Dinner for all coaches, senior crews (full school uniform) and their parents will take place in Big School from 6pm – 9pm.
Grandstand Tickets
Grandstand tickets will be available to purchase from Masters Reception from Monday 4th March (first come, first served basis). They are $15 each, CASH ONLY.
